Amalio Fernández-Pacheco will visit the NanoMag in Vienna and present some of his research and results to the group, focusing on advanced fabrication, characterization and operation of 3D magnetic devices.

Dr. Fernández-Pachecho was a Senior Lecturer at the University of Glasgow and, after being awarded an ERC Consolidator Grant under the project “Three-dimensional nanoscale magnetic structures“, he has initiated his own research group at the Institute of Nanoscience & Materials of Aragón (CSIC-University of Zaragoza) in Spain.
