The Kharkiv-Vienna International Science School visits the NanoMag

03.10.2023

A group of talented high school students from Ukraine came to visit various scientific institutions in Vienna, including our research group.

We had the pleasure of welcoming 25 participants of the final round of the All-Ukrainian Science Olympiad 2023. The students are part of the Kharkiv-Vienna International Science School 2023, which actively supports gifted young people.

During their visit, Andrii Chumak gave a short lecture on the research conducted by the research group. In addition, Khrystyna Levchenko, David Schmoll and Rostyslav Serha showed the students our laboratories. The students made a great impression on the NanoMag scientists. Andrii commented afterward: “These kids are impressive, it was an honor for me to talk with so many young talents”.

We would like to thank Michael Eichmaier, Mykola Arzubov and Oleksandr Kryzhanovskiy for their excellent initiative. We invite you to learn more about the Kharkiv-Vienna International Science School on their website!
