Summer interns at the NanoMag

14.06.2023

This summer, three temporary NanoMagners will be joining us to work on a variety of projects

Although the sun and the Danube are very tempting, our group goes on during the summer. This season brings not only better weather, but also interns, very talented young people who come for a short time to help us in our efforts.

In June, Ekaterina Pribytova joined us for two months. A bachelor student at the Brno University of Technology, Ekaterina was able to join us after successfully applying for the VDSP Summer Internship 2023, a wonderful initiative of our Doctoral School that allows young scientists to immerse themselves in real research with experts in their field.

In July, we are expecting two high school students to join our group and learn about our research and its potential applications as part of the FFG-funded "Talente Praktika". The focus of the internship will be on science communication, where we will try to make our research more accessible to a wider and younger audience.

We hope they will have a great time at the NanoMag!
